Prickly Pear Lemon Drop Martini Recipe

  1.5oz Tito's Vodka 1oz Cointreau 1/2 oz Prickly Pear Juice 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice  

Recipe Directions:

Build your Prickly Pear Lemon Drop Martini is a shaker, add ice, shake until cold and then double strain into a martini glass. Enjoy!   Don't feel like making it at home? Come out The Doghouse Saloon and try it there!  

Prickly Pear BBQ Sauce

Prickly Pear Barbeque Sauce Recipe

  1 cup Ketchup 1/2 cup Prickly Pear Syrup 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tbsp Agave Syrup or Honey 2 Tbsp Molasses 1/4 cup Blackening Spice Blend 7 Tbsp Onion Powder 7 Tbsp Paprika 6 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper 6 Tbsp Dried Oregano 6 Tbsp Dried, Crushed Thyme 4 Tbsp Garlic Powder 3 1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt 3 Tbsp Ground White Pepper 2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper  

Recipe Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a heavy medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon and the liquid is reduced by about a third. It should take about 10 minutes.   Remove from the heat and serve immediately or cool down and store in the refrigerator for later use. It will last up to seven days.  

World Famous Prickly Pear Margarita Recipe

1.5 oz Tequila 2 oz Lime Juice 1 oz Prickly Pear Juice 1/2 oz Cointreau 1/2 oz Simple Syrup or Agave  

Recipe Directions:

Rim your glass with salt or sugar. Combine tequila, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup and prickly pear juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and serve on the rocks.
