Multiple Improvements at The Ranch
Tanque Verde Ranch is always undergoing multiple improvements making sure that we can provide the best experience for our guests. Reconstruction on unit bathrooms is just about complete. The Dog House patio is getting new furniture that will bring added comfort. The mountainous overlook where one of three tennis courts has been removed will provide another event lawn. If that’s not enough, you can also shop at our newly renovated gift shop.
New Bathrooms in All Units to Be Completed
Renovations on all unit’s bathrooms except for the Haciendas is complete. Within the last year, there have been 65 bathroom renovations finished and ready for use. Altogether, there will be 69 units with new, updated bathrooms. The Haciendas which are currently under construction will feature beautiful porcelain clawfoot bathing tubs, walk-in showers, and granite countertops. The floor tiles have a rustic wooden look. The porcelain tiles in the walk-in shower compliment the rest of the unique design. The Hacienda units will finish early of 2019. By then, every guest that comes to vacation at the Ranch will experience these new and exciting renovations.
New Dog House Patio Features
We know The Dog House Saloon patio is the perfect place to enjoy TVR’s signature Prickly Pear Margaritas. Now, you can sip and relax on the all-new patio furniture while you take in the breathtaking views of the Saguaro National Park. The new patio seats are high-rise stools with a metal back and a leather-covered cushion. Sit in style and enjoy the sights, especially now that below the patio deck one of the tennis courts has been removed and placed with green grass overlooking the mountains, cacti, and sunsets.
New Event Lawn
Tanque Verde Ranch has removed one of three tennis courts due to wear and tear, and safety. In its place, the TVR crew has laid down farm-fresh sod. This event lawn will allow for an additional wedding ceremony space, meeting activities, yoga, and other various activities the Ranch hosts. The lawn connects to our current event space, ‘Cactus View,’ providing additional room for our activities. What a perfect spot to be nestled among the mountains and see the everlasting Saguaro National Park.
Gift Shop
Be sure to stop in and check out the newly renovated gift shop. Located between the main dining hall entrance and the Ramada Salas. Find new Tanque Verde Ranch t-shirts, sweatshirts, souvenirs, and kids toys. The shop has been rearranged to better the traffic flow throughout and provide more space for a better stock of good quality items. Plus a lot of new trinkets and outwear have been added for your shopping adventure!
